Paula Deen's Three Cheese Hot Artichoke Dip

This is the best dip ever!!! I went to my niece's shower and this dip was there. I actually thought it was a casserole so I got me a huge scoop and thought it was the best casserole I had ever had. Turns out, it was artichoke dip. They had two pans on each ends of the table so I didn't see the little sign saying it was dip. :s I got me 2 helpings!! I just couldn't help myself...it was that good!!!

  2. If you want to kick this up a notch, instead of artichokes, add crab (Alaskan =] hee hee), omit the onions, and instead of mozzarella, add chopped brie - and bake at 400 for 12-15 minutes. It is delish. Serve with hot buns and crispy green apple slices.
